Music is one of the things in this world that can change one’s mood, weather it be to a better or a worst one of that. I use music to help relax me. Sometimes my life can get really crazy, but by continuing to listen to music it makes it easier for me to get through tough periods in my life. Some people need a therapist, but I think of music as my therapist. Listening to music, helps me understand things better. Sometimes in songs, the artist describes a time in your life that you have gone or are continuing to go through. And by listening to that song, it can help you understand how to move on easier and better and let you know that you are not alone. Music always finds a way to be relatable. Listening to something that is relatable to yourself, it really can make you feel better about yourself. I listen to music all day long, and without it I would living a boring life. Music really does help me get through the day, and my toughest battles.
